James Frey!

The fabulous Read Street blog at the Baltimore Sun clued me into this interview by Stephen Elliot with James Frey.  In it, he talks about his most recent novel in developement called The Final Testament.  It’s his take on what Jesus would be like living in modern times (think performing gay marriage and living with a prostitute). 

I guess I should expect this kind of thing from a guy who would fabricate portions of a memoir and lie to Oprah Winfrey to sell more copies of his book. 

The Last Testament is set for a Christmas release, but I think I’ll take a lump of coal instead.
